Management

The "fathers" of target Software Solution GmbH are the former SAP development managers Georg Fischer and Gerhard Wiechert, who founded the company in 1997. Our roots in SAP formed and continue to form the backbone of target to this very day. While the initial focus was on project solutions and SAP consulting services, after just two years target switched its focus to the development of standard software for idea and innovation management for companies using SAP systems.

Achim Noe

Achim Noe is Walldorf Consulting's Head of Idea Management. He is responsible for our consulting and advisory activities and developing and expanding service portfolio.

Under his leadership, target has successfully completed numerous customer projects for corporate groups and medium-sized companies over the past ten years. Thanks to his many years of practical experience, Achim Noe is very familiar with all the requirements for implementing target solutions.

Achim Noe has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Würzburg. 

Robin Müller-Cajar

Robin Müller-Cajar is Walldorf Consulting’s Head of Product Development, he is responsible for products. He leads the development of architecture, user interfaces and back-end applications for on-premise and cloud solutions.

For more than ten years, Robin Müller-Cajar has been instrumental in the design of target products and has profound knowledge of all relevant methods and tools.

Robin Müller-Cajar has a Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.
